The software is suitable for use in conjunction with the IPC@CHIP®. No guarantee is given that the software and its data structure are free from errors. Nor is the compatibility or suitability of IPC@CHIP® software for any specific purpose guaranteed. Liability for loss or damage of whatever kind is excluded as far as the law allows; in particular no liability is accepted for loss or damage arising from the use of IPC@CHIP® software or from the fact that IPC@CHIP® software cannot be used.
In the event of the export or re-export of the IPC@CHIP® and/or the IPC@CHIP® software, you alone will be exclusively responsible for compliance with all relevant provisions under foreign law; BECK IPC GmbH accepts no liability - irrespective of on what legal grounds - for any claims arising from infringements of the provisions of foreign laws.5.
