This library function detaches the
report object passed to retrieved by progParentData().
When the object is not used anymore, child and parent program should call this function to release the memory again. If the child program exits, it needs not to call this function since it detaches from object on exit automatically. However, as long a parent does not call progParentDataDetach() the memory keeps allocated.
- This function is not implemented (and not needed) on the SC1x, SC2x, SC1x3 and SC2x3 system.
