Notifies about system clock update.
This function notifies the Kolibri library that the system clock has been updated and can now provide a valid time. This function must be called at least once before the library can exchange data with the Broker. Ideally, you should call this function whenever the system clock is updated.
If you cannot synchronise the system clock by other means (e.g. SNTP), register a clock update call-back function. The library will then get the current time from the Broker and provide it to you via the call-back function. You can then set the system clock and call this function from the call-back function.
Note that this is not the most accurate way to sychronise your system clock.
