J1939 – CAN protocol for utility vehicles

J1939 is a CAN-based protocol specified by the international Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) that is used especially for communication in utility vehicles.
The protocol stack of Port GmbH is used for J1939. It uses the CAN API of the SC1x3. Customers wishing to use this protocol stack for their own applications should contact Port GmbH directly (service@port.de).

Hannover Messe 2008

From 21 to 25 of April the Hannover industrial fair takes place. It won't be the first time that Beck will be presenting at Hannover on the joint stand of the CoDeSys Automation Alliance in hall 8 booth D47. In 2008 we are presenting three new products from our CoDeSys-programmed Embedded Controllers: the new SC23 Controller, the BT01 Bluetooth module and the GC01 graphic module.
Beck can also be found on the joint stand of the EtherCat Technology Group in hall 9, booth F13.
