rma procedure 

To ease tracking and administration, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all merchandise returned to Beck IPC by customers. The procedure is as follows.

1. RMA number assignment
Please request a RMA number for each return of materials. A handling of your request is not possible without RMA number due to system dependend causes.

2. Return for repair
Please put the filled out RMA form to the returned material and notice the RMA number on the packet and the delivery papers.
Send the packet free to our address.

3. ESD protection
Please send ESD vulnarable products in an ESD compatible package to us, due to prevent damage during transport.

4. RMA form
In each delivery a RMA form is attached.
