First Steps
iec 61131-3 and dk51 starter kit
DK51 and SC13-IEC with CoDeSys
Starting from December 2004, the latest version of the Starter Kit DK51, in addition to application development under C/C++, allows the development of a IEC 61131-3 run-time system for the IPC@CHIP ® by means of the CoDeSys Software Development Kit. Use this additional software feature to implement your own PLC Programmable Logic Controller.

You will find on this site all information, software and tools which are required to start-up with the IPC@CHIP®.

Hint for DK51 users without CoDeSys:
To be able to develop PLC applications with the DK51 Development Kits delivered before December 2004 use here available Software Development Kit. The only difference is that this DK51 contains a SC13 instead of a SC13-IEC. On this IPC@CHIP®s the CoDeSys run-time system runs only in demo mode requiring a reboot of the system after 4 hours. All other functions are available without restrictions.
