The GM01 GSM/GPRS modem works seamlessly with the functionality provided by the RTOS operating system. All of the well-known IPC@CHIP® Internet technologies are at your disposal over the modem connection. The use of an internal TCP/IP stack means that there are no restrictions using TCP/IP based services such as can occur with comparable modems.
