Fair
SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2011
The SPS/IPC/Drives in Nuremberg will soon be opening its doors for another exciting fair. We will also be present and invite you to visit us at the fair!
You will find us at the SPS/IPC/Drives fair from 22 – 24 November in Hall 9, stand 341.
We were busy last year and have considerably further developed our products. It is worth looking at the latest developments of the com.tom product range with its considerably enhanced com.tom Portal and many other new features.
We have once more brought with us the smart energy subjects - solutions from the meter to smart energy management – and will be presenting new products in these areas.

com.tom Open Gateway Product Family Selected As Trend Product 2011
The editors of the German PLC automation journal, SPS Magazin, have once again selected the Trend 100 products for the year. This took into account all the product innovations that were presented in 2010/11 in the magazines produced by the publishing company.
The selection criteria were as follows: The products had to be particularly innovative and user-friendly, and in a particular way had to represent a current trend or even set the trend itself.
The product family with its versatile communication options and the display of all data on a WEB portal for global accessibility met these criteria.
Many thanks to the editor team of the SPS Magazin for their selection. We are delighted!

Die Schulung vermittelt die wichtigsten Schritte zur schnellen und kostengünstigen Implementierung von IEC 61850 und IEC 61400-25 konformen Geräten und Systemen.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an alle, die sich mit der Einführung genormter Kommunikations- und Informationstechnik in der Energieversorgung und anderen Anwendungsgebieten wie der Automatisierungstechnik beschäftigen. Angesprochen werden Entscheider, Anwendungsprogrammierer, Systemverantwortliche und Service-Techniker. Für die derzeitigen Nutzer des IPC@CHIP® wird aufgezeigt, wie durch eine einfache Ergänzung der Plattform (Stack-API für IEC 61850) der Einsatzbereich der Lösungen drastisch erweitert werden kann.
