"Qulture" This word expresses at Beck IPC the two topics quality and company culture, which embodied themselves into the heads of our staff, as all self-defined terms do. That is reliably the reason why we are talking about "Qultur" that much.

Defined operational sequences and processes are thereby lived in our staff. Thus we automatically develop quality into our products. That's why our products and also our serving achievements are "designed to quality". To the benefit of our customers.

We are taking the theme "quality" very seriously, one recognizes by the fact that we among other things are leading and measuring our coworkers on quality goals. Leaded by a consistent quality management.
